Hardboard surface, no rake.
The Upstairs Theatre stage surface may be painted as required by the hirer provided it is re-painted matt black before departure.
Access
Loading via front of theatre and up three flights of stairs. Customers are advised that there is no lift and limited turning space. We advise a visit to the theatre when considering staging productions in the Upstairs Theatre.
One entrance to stage from dressing rooms on O.P side, access to P.S behind backcloth/set.
Flying
There are no flying facilities in the upstairs theatre. The stage is an open set, with trussing from which cloths, backing or lighting can be hung. There are no house tabs. Please see large scale plan for details.
2 dressing areas accommodating up to 20 adults or 30 children. Access to 1 toilet.
Access to these is via front of house only at present.
Power
Single 63 amp cee form, and 2 x 32 amp cee form.
Control and Communication
Cans available to all stations.
The control area is located at the rear of the seating and is not enclosed, approx 40' from stage.

Equipment
This theatre has a standard minimal lighting rig, but extra lighting and equipment detailed in the general equipment list may be utilised provided it has not been pre-rigged for a performance elsewhere. Listed below are items permanently installed in the Theatre Upstairs.
