| From Chelmsford or London Liverpool Street Station On the Liverpool Street line from London (if coming from Chelmsford change at Shenfield), alight the train at Southend Victoria Station. On leaving the station use the pelican crossings to the Bus Stop and walk through to Southend High Street, where you will see Virgin on the left and WHSmiths on the right. Walk down the High Street, under the railway bridge and across another pelican crossing. When you pass Woolworths on the right, turn right into Alexandra Street (where the road goes across the High Street with Royal Fish Bar and Abbey National on the corner). Continue down Alexandra Street, past the side of Abbey National and the back of Woolworths, past a Flower Shop and the theatre is on the right hand side. For the Stage Door and Loading Bay, from the High Street, turn right down Clarence Street on the corner of Waterstone's and Superdrug. The theatre is a large brick building on the left about 70 yards down the road, next to Clarence Yard wine bar. The Stage Door is clearly marked. From London Fenchurch Street Alight the train at Southend Central Station. You should be on the North Side of the railway. Come out of the station and turn right into Southend High Street, go under the railway bridge. Follow the High Street across a pelican crossing and down past Woolworths on the right. At the next pelican crossing, turn right into Alexandra Street (with Royal Fish Bar and Abbey National on opposite corners). Continue down Alexandra Street, past the side of Abbey National and the back of Woolworths, past a Flower Shop and the theatre is on the right hand side.
